Your attorney is now in a place to pursue an out-of-court resolution. You decide whether to offer or accept settlements. We will share our legal advice and experience with you so that you have those insights as you make decisions. It’s also possible that your attorney will be taking a “two track” approach during this phase. In other words, we may be both negotiating and also representing you at Court Dates actively litigating.
