Margaret Dillingham
Margaret Dillingham deeply understands the importance of empathy and compassion for others. Familiar with her own family’s experience of divorce and custody, she has always known that she wanted to be part of a team of people who provide the utmost care and service to their clients during their most vulnerable moments. That’s what led her to Freed Marcroft.
To Margaret, Freed Marcroft exceeded her expectations of a Family Law firm, and mirrored her own unwavering, team-player work ethic. She is motivated by making people feel safe and taken care of as a paralegal on the team.
An invaluable member of Freed Marcroft’s virtual team, Margaret joins the group from Florida, the Sunshine State – where her optimism and professionalism are as welcoming as the weather. Margaret forged an instant connection with the rest of the team, and although there are several states in between, her team feels lucky to be able to leverage technology and “bring her to Connecticut” with them. Her level of care for clients is clear, and she has proved to be a valuable and trustworthy contributor from day one. She is always ready to accept challenges head on in a pinch, and is eager to work hard and see things through for her clients and for her team.
Margaret is a graduate in Criminal Justice at Fort Hays State University, where she received her B.S. She has spent her entire career in the Family Law arena.
Margaret doesn’t stop there (Did we mention she’s motivated?)! She founded a virtual book club, “Flower Power”, and spends most of her free time exercising and soaking up the sun; be it on a beach, a hiking trail, or one of Florida’s many natural springs.
