quotes

The people who know her best describe Melissa as a great listener and an even better problem solver.

Melissa grew up in upstate New York, and moved around the country before landing in Connecticut, where she’s been for over 20 years. A newlywed herself, Melissa lives with her husband, their five children, and their pet cat, Jimmy. She enjoys gardening and pickling, cooking for her family and friends, and spending time with her children at Sacandaga Lake in New York.

Family is everything to Melissa – which drives her passion for her work at Freed Marcroft. “Having gone through a divorce myself, and knowing what that feels like, being able to sympathize with and help someone pick up the phone for the first time is important to me.”

quotes

I’ve learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life goes on, and it will be better tomorrow.
