Welcome to Stage Eight of your Custody Action: Review and Conclude

Custody actions are finalized when the Court either (1) approves your Custody Agreement or (2) issues a Memorandum of Decision following a Trial. In either case, you have an official Court Order on Custody.
But there’s still an important phase left – reviewing the order to make sure you understand it and finalizing our work together. It is a great time to review and update your estate planning documents to make sure they reflect your custody orders and your wishes.
