Welcome to Stage Five of your Dissolution: Initial Discovery
As you learned in your discovery kick-off session with your Paralegal, “discovery” is term we use for the exchange of legal information.
In this phase, you have a lot of homework that’s very important. Responding to our requests for documents and information early and efficiently is probably the most important thing you can do on your end to move your divorce forward.
Updates and additional Discovery may also be included in your Case Plan later on, but this is the phase where you’ll likely invest most of your own time on Discovery.
