Kristen and Meghan were recently recognized by New England Super Lawyers® magazine for their hard work and dedication to LGBT family law. The article details their investment and dedication to the legalization of same-sex marriage in Connecticut and beyond, and their passion to help same-sex couples grow their families through the adoption process, or to dissolve their marriages with dignity. “It is as much a calling as it is a practice area,” Meghan says. “We are not talking about an area of the law as much as we are talking about the experience of a group of Americans.”

We are proud to announce that five Freed Marcroft attorneys were included as 2017 New England Super Lawyers® for their work in family law.   Meghan Freed and Lisa Cappalli were both named as family law New England Super Lawyers®.  Kristen MarcroftSeth Conant, and Felicia Hunt, and were all named to the 2017 New England Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list, also for their contributions in family law.
