When the Court assigns Trial Dates, it’s time for your legal team to begin preparing for trial in earnest. It’s important to know that the fact that it’s time to prepare for trial doesn’t mean that your matter won’t ultimately resolve through negotiations. Your legal team will talk with you about what preparing for trial involves and how it impacts settlement negotiations.
