“Discovery” is term we use for the exchange of legal information. In this phase, you have a lot of homework that’s very important. Responding to our requests for documents and information early and efficiently is probably the most important thing you can do on your end to move your case forward.
Updates and additional Discovery may also be included in your Case Plan down the line, but this is the phase where you’ll likely invest the most of your own time on Discovery.
