An only child and the first in her family to go to college, Natasha Roggi graduated from the University of Connecticut with a dual major: Marketing and Spanish. After a fulfilling insurance career, where she began to learn how to truly connect with people, contribute to her teams, and build a business, Natasha started practicing yoga to maintain balance in her busy life. She attended yoga teacher training and subsequently achieved her next goal of opening her own small business – a yoga studio.
Natasha’s work with Freed Marcroft, a divorce, and family law firm, may initially seem like a significant change of pace, but Natasha knows they’re not so different. Natasha found personal healing in her yoga practice, and she loves to share that same healing journey with others. On a visceral level, she is compelled to help others feel whole again. This is the mission that drives the focus of her work here at Freed Marcroft. Bringing our clients back to their goals, what matters most to them in life, and what makes them feel whole and complete.
Natasha has found that planning for her goals, large and small, helps her stay accountable and focused on a daily basis. This level of integrity to herself is what has carried Natasha along her path to where she stands today, and she brings that message to Freed Marcroft’s clients.
Natasha is the proud mom of her three “meatball nuggets” Henry, Cameron, and Angelo. She and her husband, Henry, love to ski and spend time outdoors with their kids. And of course, yoga and healing remain integral components of Natasha’s life.
