Monique Rossow

An administrative professional since 1986, Monique knows how to keep a ship afloat. Her industry experience spans law, accounting, aerospace, and more. No matter the field, one thing is true: she believes you are what you give, and so providing a positive and welcoming experience is in her nature. She believes that when you’re part of a team, nothing is above or beneath you, you’ve just gotta do what you gotta do.

Monique knows that no one is perfect, but she prides herself on providing excellent customer service from start to finish. Whether it’s answering the phones, assisting an attorney, or guiding a client to their next step, if Monique is going to help, she’s going to help with her whole heart. Monique believes the more you know, the better you are, so she takes every opportunity to learn more about the Freed Marcroft and the legal system.

In 2010, while recovering from a neck surgery, Monique felt something go wrong. Not wanting to panic, she waited until her left side became paralyzed before calling 911. It turns out she had a brain aneurysm, and was incredibly lucky to be alive. The road to recovery was incredibly painful and included briefly losing her sight, and a two month stay in the neuro-ICU, along with re-learning basic functions like speech. Despite the odds, Monique never lost her spirit. After a couple of brain surgeries and an extended path to healing, incredibly she is largely back to where she was pre-aneurysm. 

Unsurprisingly, outside of work Monique places the most importance on spending quality time with her daughter and her longtime partner, who she affectionately refers to as her husband. She loves to be with the people who mean the most to her, doing their favorite things – hitting the antique and flea markets, enjoying a good meal and just relaxing in each other’s company. 

Monique will not let the fear of the past repeating itself keep her from living life to the fullest. She is committed to living a peaceful and happy life, letting each day come to her, and carving her own path along the way.
