Perhaps Lisa's proudest professional accomplishment is how she set out to create a non-adversarial divorce practice long before non-adversarial divorce was popular – and then did it. It wasn’t easy and wasn’t always profitable, but Lisa never abandoned her vision of offering clients a different and better way to divorce.
Lisa’s core philosophy has been the same since she started representing divorcing people – To help you move forward with your life by: listening to your concerns, fears, and dreams; answering your questions about divorce; and empowering you to make the best choices for yourself and your family. Being a client’s ally, advocate, and advisor isn’t simply Lisa’s job, it is who she is.
Lisa is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Lehigh University and earned her JD at Cornell University Law School. She's a MENSA member, enjoys pickleball, and is pursuing two new hobbies - bridge and shooting.
Lisa is thrilled and honored to be taking on her latest professional challenge-joining Freed Marcroft on February 1, 2017, as Of Counsel.
She’s excited to be a part of such a dynamic, talented, strong, and compassionate team of lawyers. And Lisa sincerely appreciates the Freed Marcroft commitment to her central Connecticut and New Haven county client base by maintaining her Cheshire presence and staff.
