What Happens After Your Strategy Session?
Shortly after your initial session, you’ll meet with your dedicated paralegal for your Discovery Kickoff Conference. During this step, we’ll start collecting and organizing essential financial information.
Your first important task will be completing the financial worksheet that will set us up to draft your first Financial Affidavit. Think of it as your financial blueprint— outlining your income, expenses, assets, and debts.
In the next few months, you’ll receive your spouse’s Financial Affidavit and supporting documents. With both affidavits, a more complete picture of your financial situation with begin to materialize. This begins to help pinpoint additional information needed to craft a strategic initial proposal.
